These Terms apply to all users of our services designed for individuals with Singapore credit cards and bank accounts. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

• Services: Collectively refers to the Add-on, Website, and all related functionality.

• Subscription: Your paid plan that provides access to premium features.
• Content: Any data, information, or materials you upload or create using our Services.
• Transaction Data: Financial information extracted from your uploaded statements.

Service Description

monies provides financial management tools through:

1. Monies Singapore Add-on: A Google Sheets add-on that processes bank and credit card statements, extracts transaction data, and organizes financial information within your Google Sheets.
2. monies.sg Website: A web platform providing user profile management, subscription administration, and service-related resources.

Our Services are specifically designed for users with Singapore-based financial accounts and require integration with Google Sheets for core functionality.

User Accounts and Eligibility

Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Account Creation

Account creation requires Google OAuth authentication. By creating an account, you agree to maintain the accuracy of any information you provide through our Services.

Subscription Terms and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial period to evaluate our Services. During the trial, you have access to all premium features without charge.

Subscription Plans

After the free trial, you may continue using our Services with limited functionality. Your transaction data and previously processed information will remain accessible in your Google Sheets. To access premium features and core functionality, a paid subscription is required. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, are available on our Website.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you choose to subscribe to our Services, you provide payment information directly to Stripe and authorize charges for your selected subscription plan. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Billing and Charges

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your chosen subscription plan
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

Data Retention

Your transaction data remains exclusively in your Google Sheets. We do not permanently store your financial information on our servers. Uploaded statements are deleted immediately after processing.

monies retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Monies Singapore Add-on and Website
• Our proprietary technology and algorithms
• All trademarks, logos, and branding
• Service documentation and materials

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your financial data and content. We do not claim ownership of your personal information or transaction data.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to these Terms. This license terminates when your access to our Services ends.

Third-Party Services

Google Services

Our Add-on operates within Google Sheets and requires Google account authentication. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Service Dependencies

Our Services depend on third-party platforms, including Google Sheets (which our Add-on operates within), Stripe for payment processing, cloud hosting providers for our infrastructure, and other third-party services as needed. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or termination of third-party services that may affect our functionality.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
